Over many years our group has supported hundreds of clients and had some spectacular successes, creating growth and, helping to create thousands of jobs for the economy and finding buyers for over 100 companies where the owners want to retire or move on.
We work with businesses in a Board Advisory/Non-Exec capacity, identifying clear business goals and plans and then helping the Directors stay on track on a month to month basis.
We also support the recruitment of senior people into our client companies as part of the growth plan.
